Seven Oaks Farms makes every effort possible to ship all orders placed at GarlicGold.com within 2-3 business days of receipt of the order. Orders will be shipped via parcel post (typically UPS or USPS) and can be expected to be received within 3-7 business days of shipment. Returns: If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges. We will reimburse you for the total cost of the item(s) only.
Exchanges: If you are exchanging merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges. Your replacement item will also be charged shipping as well.
Incorrrect Orders: If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect or defective merchandise, we apologize. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us ($5.99 Domestic & 19.99 International per order maximum reimbursement), and you will not be charged for the shipping costs for the replacement merchandise.
Credits to your Charge Card:
Credits toward your charge card will be issued as soon as we receive your return. If you request replacement product to ship out before your return is received, we will charge your card as if it is a new order.
